Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled Class 1 HGV/LGV C+E Driver to join our team at Proman Recruitment. As a Class 1 HGV Driver, you will be responsible for making bulk collections and deliveries between various sites and customers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and deliver goods between various sites and customers nationwide
  • May involve trailer swaps or having your trailer live unloaded and reloaded, depending on individual customer needs
  • Work flexible hours, with shifts averaging 10 hours in length
Pay Rates:

We offer competitive pay rates, including:

  • Midweek: £19.38 (PAYE) for standard hours, with overtime rates of £26.26 after 8 hours
  • Saturday: £24.67 (PAYE) for standard hours, with overtime rates of £26.26 after 8 hours
  • Sunday: £27.38 (PAYE)
  • Bank Holiday: £36.15 (PAYE)
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid Class 1/C+E Licence
  • No more than 6 points on your driving licence (no DD/DR/TT or IN endorsements)
  • Valid Tacho and CPC cards
  • Minimum 12 months of ongoing work experience, with tachograph history reflecting this experience
  • No more than 12 current points for infringements on your tachograph card
