Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Manager / Business Services Team Manager to join our team at Michael Page Finance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of accounts, tax, and wider services to a diverse range of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing accounting, tax, and advisory services to meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of accountants and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve services and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve growth targets.
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in accountancy practice, with a strong background in accounts, tax, and audit.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
What We Offer
- Circa £50,000 - £65,000 dependent on experience, plus benefits.
