Job Summary

Creagh Concrete is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the management of our construction projects, specializing in the installation of precast panels and concrete flooring. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from design to completion, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Site Operations: Manage site resources, personnel, and equipment to ensure efficient and safe project execution.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong working relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Programme and Budget Management: Develop and manage project programmes and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, conducting regular site inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the construction industry, with a strong background in precast construction.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Technical Knowledge: Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices, with a strong understanding of precast construction techniques.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
