Panel Beater Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join our team at Rubber Duck Cars in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our Accident Repair Bodyshop Team, you will be responsible for repairing or replacing damaged bodywork panels of vehicles in accordance with received instructions or job card details.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Repair or replace damaged bodywork panels, including chassis and framework, to manufacturer's specifications.
  • Operate various equipment, including jigs, fixtures, and welding tools, following instructions and adhering to safety standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with new techniques and advancements in the field through relevant training courses.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and care when handling vehicles.
  • Ensure company tools and equipment are kept in a safe, clean, and functional condition.
Requirements:

We prefer candidates with an ATA or Level 3 qualification in Panel, but time-served panel technicians are also welcome to apply. If you're looking for a new challenge and want to be part of a dynamic team, we encourage you to submit your full and up-to-date CV for consideration.
