Job Summary
We are seeking a keen and ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team, which focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments and one of bespoke new builds in London and the Southeast.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside a team of experienced professionals to deliver high-end residential projects.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, including quantity surveys and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of quantity surveying principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software, including AutoCAD and MS Office.
