Become a vital member of our Finance Team as a Lead Financial Analyst for Commercial Operations at EG Group. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving commercial insights, enhancing financial reporting, and providing mentorship to junior analysts. You will act as a Finance Business Partner, collaborating closely with both Operational and Senior Management Teams to achieve strategic objectives through effective problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate comprehensive reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Facilitate meetings and develop strategic action plans
  • Support the budgeting process and address audit inquiries
  • Engage in project initiatives focused on automation and system enhancements
  • Analyze performance metrics and offer recommendations for improvement
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and report on partnership performance

Candidate Profile

  • Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA is preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance or a related field
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
