About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at Cubitt & West. As a key member of our sales and lettings team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales and lettings targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are marketed effectively and presented in the best possible light to potential buyers and tenants.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance throughout the sales and lettings process.
  • Work closely with the sales and lettings team to achieve sales and lettings targets, and to ensure that all properties are marketed effectively.
  • Conduct viewings and negotiations with potential buyers and tenants, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales and lettings strategies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales and lettings activity, including property valuations and market appraisals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and lettings, with a strong track record of achievement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A full driving license and a clean driving record.
