Residential Architect Job Opportunity

ECE Architecture, a leading architectural practice, is seeking a skilled Residential Architect to join our team in Sussex. As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative residential projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement residential design concepts, ensuring they meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure projects are progressing as planned.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes to maintain our high standards.

Requirements:

  • ARB registered Architect with a minimum of 1-3 years UK experience, post-qualified.
  • Proven experience working on small to medium-scale residential projects from inception to planning consent.
  • Strong understanding of residential layout design, including housing-led schemes.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of planning and Building Regulation requirements.
