Role Overview

The Technology division is undergoing a significant transformation, focusing on the modernization of our retail systems. As an EPoS Analyst, your responsibilities will include defining, developing, testing, and assisting the business in identifying optimal solutions, while collaborating with various teams across the organization.

In your role within the Agile Technology team, you will engage extensively with stakeholders to ascertain the most effective strategies for addressing their challenges. Your analytical mindset will be instrumental in guiding their decisions.

Your Responsibilities

To enhance your expertise in a vital business area by:

  • Identifying business opportunities
  • Mapping business processes and operational value streams supported by technical solutions
  • Working alongside the Product Owner to develop and refine user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Participating in planning sessions and creating iteration plans
  • Conducting research, design, prototyping, and exploratory activities
  • Creating and validating the work products as defined by their features
  • Deploying work products to staging and production environments

Desired Qualifications

We seek candidates who possess:

  • Proficiency in Zonal Business systems or a comparable EPoS solution
  • Experience in a similar Product Operations, Helpdesk, or Contact Centre position
  • Background in hospitality or a similarly dynamic sector, such as retail, is advantageous
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues
  • Logical reasoning and a solution-focused approach
