We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at MTrec Ltd Commercial. As a key member of our After Sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met through courteous attention to detail and timely follow-up on all requests and issues.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with customers, consumers, and our Sales team via phone and email to provide an efficient and professional After Sales service.
- Provide exceptional service to each customer by collaborating with the team, focusing on meeting their needs through courteous attention to detail and timely follow-up on all requests and issues.
- Action calls and emails for stock returns due to order errors, picking errors, or faulty products.
- Raise correct actions on the system, including writing off credits for faulty goods or raising replacement orders under the company's warranty.
- Carry out a variety of administrative tasks to support the After Sales team.
- Work closely with the Customer Service & Marketing team in supporting the upkeep and maintenance of the UK showroom, as well as planning and logistics of shows/events.
- Liaise with Service Centres regarding spares and repairs, including arranging collections from customers.
- Physically sort incoming parcels such as repair requests, warranty claims, customer returns, etc.
- 1-2 years of similar customer service experience is essential, with experience in a similar After Sales environment being beneficial.
- The ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with colleagues, customers, and consumers is essential.
- Knowledge of the fishing tackle industry and products is essential, with experience of carrying out repairs on fishing tackle equipment desirable, although training will be given.
- A good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential, with working knowledge of SAP being advantageous although training would be provided.
