About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Security Operations: Proactively support the local Security Department and Regional Management to promote the effective management of the security operation at the site.
  • Team Management: Effectively monitor and manage team members, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Roster Management: Manage and control the monthly roster/shift schedule, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing downtime.
  • Communication: Ensure the exchange of information and instructions from the client to the members of their team, maintaining clear lines of communication.

Requirements
