Accounts Assistant Opportunity

Pavilion Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team. As a well-established recruitment agency, we are looking for a skilled professional to support our finance team in a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchase Ledger Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase invoices and credit notes.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Credit Control: Manage and follow up on outstanding debts to ensure timely payment.
  • Month End Reconciliation: Assist in the preparation of month-end reconciliations and financial reports.
  • Cash Payments: Process and record cash payments accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
