HVAC Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our team at RE People. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects nationwide, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

The Role:
  • Manage projects up to £1,500,000 from inception to handover
  • Site management, including site visits, surveys, designs, estimations, and quotations
  • Negotiate and purchase materials, supervise labour, commissioning, client training, and O&M's
  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time
  • Manage a team of at least 8 direct PAYE Installations Engineers and sub-contractors
The Person:
  • Experience in project managing AHUs, VRV/VRF, ducting, boiler, and chilled water systems and chillers
  • Practical and hands-on experience is advantageous, but technical mastery, communication skills, and autonomy are equally important
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management and team leadership
  • Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and MS Projects
  • Excellent organisational skills, commercial awareness, and communication skills
