Meraki Talent Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for the daily processing of key accounts functions, including bank, purchase ledger, and group intercompany reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of monthly expenditure reports
  • Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Processing and maintaining Purchase Ledger invoices
  • Posting month-end journals
  • Agreeing Intercompany balances and reconciliations
  • Preparing and processing bank payments and bank reconciliations
  • Other ad hoc accounts department administration duties
  • High volume processing of invoices.
Requirements
  • Previous experience of working in an accounts role.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • A proactive and process-driven approach.
  • Good levels of numeracy and literacy.
  • Team player who works well meeting daily and month end demands.
