Amersham Store Manager Opportunity

Are you a retail leader looking for a new challenge? We're seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our EE Retail team in Amersham.

About the Role

As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth. You'll work closely with our Regional Managers to develop and implement strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Identify and capitalize on new retail opportunities to drive business growth
  • Establish a culture of high-performance that focuses on both fiscal and behavioral KPIs
  • Create and manage a welcoming and customer-focused store environment
  • Collaborate with our Regional Managers to develop long-term succession strategies
