About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Brookson Group - A People2.0 Company. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert financial guidance to our clients, helping them navigate the complex world of mortgages and protection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on their mortgage and protection needs, providing personalized solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Research and maintain knowledge of mortgage and protection products, staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements.
  • Meet the regulatory aspects of the role, ensuring compliance with disclosure, costs, and advised products.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in legislation relating to the Freelance Contractor and Interim Manager industry sector.
  • Take ownership of client solutions, working closely with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery.
Requirements
  • CeMAP 1, 2 & 3 qualifications.
  • At least 1 year's experience in providing advice on mortgage services and products.
  • Previous experience working in a compliance-regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products and high-level numeracy skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workloads.
