Your RoleWe are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to become a vital part of our team. This position will support multiple locations, focusing on fulfilling various roles within our production and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the established procedures for managing applicants and processing candidate information to ensure a uniform and consistent experience for all applicants.
- Oversee the recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and job offers, to efficiently fill vacancies in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to identify potential candidates for immediate openings while also supporting the team in building a talent pipeline for future essential roles.
- Conduct assessment centers, participate in recruitment events, and represent Greencore as an employer of choice.
- Assist hiring managers and HR teams by providing the necessary resources to ensure a fair and consistent selection process.
- Ensure that all relevant new hire information is communicated to the People Services team and hiring managers.
- Collect, input, and maintain candidate and recruitment data to uphold the integrity of our Applicant Tracking System.
- A proven background in recruitment, whether in-house or agency, is essential.
- A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding experiences for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management.
- An authentic approach with a positive and proactive attitude.
This role involves regular travel between multiple sites.
