CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Grounds Maintenance Specialist at our Fawley site.

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Utilize petrol-powered gardening machinery to control vegetation on various site locations
* Apply chemicals for vegetation control
* Perform manual handling tasks
* Operate vans and tractors
* Conduct general maintenance and upkeep of tools and equipment
* Complete computer-based training and courses using a laptop computer
* Work in a safe and responsible manner
* Participate in toolbox talks and safety discussions
* Adhere to procedures and safe working practices on site

**Experience and Qualifications:**

* Possess some computer knowledge
* Have knowledge of petrol-powered garden equipment
* Familiarity with plants
* Health and safety knowledge
* Experience working in a team
* Experience working outdoors in inclement weather
* Experience with petrol gardening equipment
