About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join our team at People Solutions. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide administrative support to our CEO and Directors, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR and Finance functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation of HR reports and compile reports for senior management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Manage and update process databases to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes, ensuring that all action items are captured and followed up on.
  • Book business travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Provide general office support as required, including minute taking and data entry.
Requirements
  • Strong minute taking skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Highly organized and able to work to deadlines.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
