Your Role

As a Field Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Client Interaction: Conducting regular Quality Assurance checks and Service Reviews in clients' homes, building strong relationships with clients, their families, and other care professionals.
  • Care Professional Support: Providing guidance and mentorship to our dedicated Care Professionals through regular meetings, community visits, support visits, and medication competency assessments.
  • Operational Excellence: Auditing client logs and medication records to maintain the highest standards of care. Ensuring accurate record-keeping on our Home Instead software and People Planner.
  • Team Collaboration: Facilitating introductions between clients and Care Professionals, supporting client visits, and participating in on-call duties as needed.
  • Consultative Role: Conducting comprehensive Care Consultations with new clients and completing all necessary paperwork.
