About the Role
The Marketing Financial Analyst is an essential member of the Europe and Pacific Developed Markets (EPDM) team, directly reporting to the Brand Lead for EPDM. This role is ideal for individuals currently engaged in marketing analysis or coordination.
The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee the financial aspects of the Heinz brand, while also providing support for additional brands, including Tingly Ted's. As a Marketing Financial Analyst, you will collaborate with brand marketing, category, and insights teams to ensure the effective execution of budget forecasts, manage daily team operations, and assist in major initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Ownership of Brand Budgets - Take full responsibility for managing the collective EPDM budgets, ensuring accurate budget forecasts and timely supplier payments. This includes generating purchase orders for the team and handling approvals and invoice inquiries. Budget Reporting and Analysis - Conduct monthly reporting and ad hoc analysis of team budget trackers for senior leadership. Vendor System Management - Collaborate closely with the procurement team to establish new vendors, including contract and system registration and renewals. Administrative and Organizational Support - Efficiently manage daily administrative and organizational tasks for the team, such as registering external visitors, arranging couriers, placing sample orders, and coordinating team events. Marketing Team Support - Partner with marketing teams to implement marketing strategies for new product launches and campaigns.Required Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to utilize common formulas and functions (SUM, Average, VLookup, Count, and IF), create charts and graphs, and apply data tools for filtering and sorting. Experience with pivot tables is advantageous. Competent in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Familiarity with additional platforms such as SAP is desirable. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Proficiency in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.Professional Attributes:
