Site Management Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:
Formulate and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and methodologies.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Sub Agents, and other team members to ensure seamless operations.

Oversight of Contractors and Suppliers:
Supervise contractors and suppliers, ensuring all tasks adhere to project specifications and quality standards.

Site Evaluations and Inspections:
Perform regular site evaluations and inspections, upholding rigorous quality control measures.
Health, Safety, and

Environmental Compliance:
Implement and uphold health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.

Monitoring Project Progress:
Track project advancement and proactively resolve any challenges or delays.
Facilitate effective communication among the site team, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved.
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is required.
Demonstrated experience as a Site Supervisor or in a comparable senior management position within large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, engineering principles, and project oversight.
Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools is essential.
A valid CSCS card and pertinent health and safety certifications are mandatory.
