We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in Bromley. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, facilities maintenance, and cash reconciliation
  • Provide inspirational and personalized customer service to drive customer loyalty and retention
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer relationships
  • Manage store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in cosmetics
  • Ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service
  • Previous business planning experience, including setting sales and customer service targets
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory management and facilities maintenance
  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
