Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers in selecting the right furniture for their needs, providing expert advice and guidance on our products.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customers receive their products on time and to their satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
As a Sales Assistant at HSL Chairs, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, and to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
