About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Residential Lodge Manager with Churchill Estates Management Ltd, a progressive managing agent of privately owned leasehold Retirement Living accommodation.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to our Home Owners, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will be the trusted 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues.

With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will be passionate about working with people, coupled with a background in administration and customer service. You will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property, co-ordinating activities, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Lodge.

This role is pivotal to the success of the Lodge, and we are looking for someone who is highly organized, efficient, and able to work independently. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a rent-free 2-bedroom apartment, plus £19,500 per annum. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and career with our company.
