Senior SEO and CRO Manager

CubeSmart is seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO and CRO Manager to drive organic growth, enhance user experience, and optimize conversion rates on our website.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and competitor analysis to enhance our digital presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and site architecture.
  • Own the CRO process, driving A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize key conversion points on the website.
  • Partner with UX designers to create a seamless intuitive experience for CubeSmart's website visitors.
  • Analyze and interpret data from web analytics, heatmaps, and user behavior tools to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve conversion rates.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in SEO, CRO, or a related role, with a strong track record of driving organic growth and improving website performance.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO tools, UX methodologies, and CRO frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, user-centered design principles, and web analytics.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing, heatmaps, user journey mapping, and web analytics tools.
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills with experience working in a cross-functional environment.
