  3. Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the operational team to drive process improvement, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
  4. Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by conducting regular risk assessments, implementing control measures, and maintaining compliance with relevant legislation.
  5. Supply Chain Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with equipment manufacturers and other key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and services.
  6. Inventory Management: Effectively manage maintenance stock, including allocation, issuing, and replenishment, to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance maintenance processes, reduce defects, and increase overall efficiency.
  8. Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor staff attendance, performance, and productivity to ensure alignment with company expectations.
  9. Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with the management team, operational staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  10. Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing business needs, priorities, and requirements.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with opportunities for overtime and professional development.
