Main Responsibilities:
- Set High Expectations: Maintain high expectations of all students, promoting a culture of excellence and achievement.
- Support Student Learning: Provide individualized support to students in their learning, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance and resources to succeed.
- Manage Student Behavior: Develop and implement strategies to manage student behavior, promoting a positive and respectful learning environment.
- Build Positive Relationships: Foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and stakeholders, promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
- Promote Wider Skills Development: Identify and promote opportunities for students to develop their wider skills, including life skills, social skills, and employability skills.
- Monitor Personal Management: Monitor and support students in their personal management, including time management, organization, and self-care.
