We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our dedicated team supporting a client with complex care needs in their family home in Horley.
As a Care Assistant, you will work long-term with one or a small number of clients, benefiting from a fixed rota and the option of overtime.
What We Offer- Full, paid classroom-based training to develop your skills and progress within the company
- Paid induction shifts and ongoing supervision support from our in-house team of nurses and supervisors
- Specialist training to support clients with additional needs, such as PEG feeds and oral suctioning
As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our client's daily life, providing essential support including:
- Administering medication
- Supporting with PEG feeds
- Performing oral suctioning
- Providing personal care
- Assisting with moving and handling
We offer flexible shift patterns, including waking nights and twilights, with competitive hourly rates.
- Waking nights – 19:30-07:30 – £14.64 per hour
- Twilights – 16:00 – 22:00 – £13.31 per hour
