Role Overview:
We are seeking two highly efficient Office Administrators to join our Service Department within the Lift Industry. This is a permanent role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and comprehensive administrative support.
Compensation:
£27,000 per annum
Additional benefits include: Paid holiday entitlement, Free parking, Complimentary tea and coffee, Comprehensive systems training, Detailed process and procedure training, Company Pension (available after the probation period if employed permanently).
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and organize information effectively.
- Record Lift Engineering jobs in the database, ensuring data accuracy in compliance with GDPR regulations.
- Download and distribute engineering reports.
- Coordinate dispatch of engineers for service and repair tasks.
- Schedule lift engineer callout visits.
- Handle incoming inquiries via telephone.
- Arrange customer visits for Lift Engineers.
- Update and send weekly reports to clients.
- Invoice customers for services rendered, repairs, and breakdowns.
- Provide quotations for recommended Lift Engineering work.
- Communicate with Engineers regarding service completions and address any arising issues.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative capacity is essential.
- Proficient in using Word, Excel, Spreadsheets, Email, and Databases is required.
- Strong telephone communication skills are necessary.
