About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Residential Sales Negotiator to join our successful Clerkenwell & City sales team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in residential sales or estate agency and a basic understanding of Leasehold and residential conveyancing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Applicant Registration and Databases
    • Register new applicants on our CRM system
    • Follow up on all enquiries and build relationships with applicants
    • Recommend and send suitable properties
    • Maintain, update and improve your applicant database
  • Viewings & Offers
    • Book and conduct accompanied tours and viewings
    • Provide regular and constructive feedback to our vendors
    • Negotiate sales offers under the direction of the Sales Director
    • Ensure compliance with AML, GDPR and other company procedures
  • Sales Progression
    • Full responsibility of your sales pipeline
    • Ensure high level of communication between all parties
    • Provide regular feedback to all parties, managing expectations when required
    • Provide solutions to any impasses or challenges during the sale
  • Marketing
    • Distribute marketing material and assist with canvassing
    • Request testimonials from buyers and sellers
    • Gaining valuations and looking after potential vendors
    • Actively promote the Hurford Salvi Carr brand and help to win valuations and new business
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Previous experience in residential sales or estate agency (1+ Years)
  • Basic understanding of Leasehold and residential conveyancing
  • Sales driven and customer service orientated
  • Smart and well presented at all times
  • Excellent work ethic – punctual and dependable
