About the Role:

The Langham, London is seeking a skilled Barperson to join our esteemed Artesian team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is nothing short of enchanting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take guest orders for drinks and food, serving them with a smile and a flair for the theatrical.
  • Clear tables, take payments, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Connect with guests on a personal level, creating memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression.
  • Be immaculately presented, attentive, and proactive, responding quickly to the needs of our guests and management team.
  • Handle complex situations with ease and efficiency, always maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health and safety regulations, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of classic cocktails and a genuine passion for the bar industry.
  • Previous experience in a similar 5-star environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Flair, passion, and a conscientious attitude, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Confidence, professionalism, and an engaging personality, with the ability to think outside the box and surprise our guests.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on delivering a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
