Multi Trade Plumber Required

We are seeking a skilled Multi Trade Plumber to join our in-house reactive maintenance service in the East Sussex and Kent region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out plumbing repairs and replacements of sinks, water tanks, and bathrooms
  • Perform associated skills and experience in basic carpentry, tiling, painting/decorating, and patch plastering repairs
  • Deal with all aspects of plumbing and maintenance work
  • Work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues and clients
Requirements:
  • Manual driving license
  • Own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be arranged if needed)
  • Experience of working in a building and/or housing maintenance environment
  • Knowledge of varied housing stock

We offer a competitive salary of £34k plus van and fuel card. If you are a skilled Multi Trade Plumber looking for a new challenge, please apply with your CV.
