Procurement Manager - Social Housing Refurbishment

We are recruiting for a leading social housing/regeneration contractor to recruit a proactive Procurement Manager to deliver internal and external refurbishment projects to housing association properties.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Procurement Manager looking to progress with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in managing multiple contracts and leading a team of Site Supervisors, Site Managers, and multi-disciplined tradespeople.

Key Responsibilities for the Procurement Manager

  • Ensure the delivery of the projects within the budget and time scales specified
  • Experience as a Procurement Manager delivering social housing / planned maintenance projects
  • Focus on the motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budget
  • Focus on quality, customer service and deliver
  • Driving profitability of the contract to include pricing and delivering extra works
  • Client and tenant customer satisfaction
  • Process Management
  • Management of the customer
  • Have an understanding of the financials on the contract
  • Customer liaison skills
