Job Title: Senior Accounts Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Assistant to join our team at Meraki Talent Limited. As a Senior Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the daily processing of key accounts functions, including bank, purchase ledger, and group intercompany reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of monthly expenditure reports
  • Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Processing and maintaining Purchase Ledger invoices
  • Posting month-end journals
  • Agreeing Intercompany balances and reconciliations
  • Preparing and processing bank payments and bank reconciliations
  • Other ad hoc accounts department administration duties
  • High volume processing of invoices.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience of working in an accounts role
  • Great communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • A proactive and process-driven approach
  • Good levels of numeracy and literacy
  • Team player who works well meeting daily and month end demands
