Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the creative production process flow, ensuring seamless collaboration with the creative production team.
  • Provide expert support to the creative production team, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Assist in the development of creative briefs by gathering information and data through research, ensuring a deep understanding of our clients' needs and goals.
  • Support the brand's needs by developing concept ideas, storyboards, and visualizations that bring our clients' visions to life.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, social media managers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective communication.
  • Develop graphic designs, illustrations, and motion graphics that meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
  • Ensure all work is accurate, meets brand guidelines, and is delivered on time, within the set deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest creative trends and developments, sharing your knowledge and expertise with your peers and subordinates to drive innovation and excellence.
Performance Review and Personal Development

Bi-annual reviews with the Creative Director (and team head) will assess your performance based on:

  • Overall quality of creative assets, as measured through internal and external feedback.
  • Innovation, ideation, and pro-activeness in improving Creative quality.
  • Efficient delivery of creative assets.
  • Quality assurance and attention to detail.
  • Good relationships with other team/units.
  • Interpersonal/communication skills.
  • Being a team player.
  • Demonstrating the core values of Green Park Content.
