Position Overview:

We are in search of a passionate Clinical Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team, focusing on the UK and Ireland markets. This role is crucial for advancing patient care through our state-of-the-art medical devices. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure our offerings consistently meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct clinical demonstrations and provide comprehensive guidance on the utilization of our medical device products, encompassing pre-sale and post-sale support.
  • Assist in the promotion of both existing and new products by engaging directly with end-users and clients.
  • Represent our organization at healthcare facilities, industry exhibitions, and educational seminars. Deliver product support through personal visits, written correspondence, and verbal communication.
  • Work alongside distributor sales teams to enhance product knowledge and contribute to accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to educate staff and stakeholders, sharing product insights and customer feedback.
  • Remain informed about market trends and our product offerings to serve as a knowledgeable resource.
  • Provide clinical expertise for marketing collateral, product guidelines, and oversee compliance matters.

Qualifications Required:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical sales or clinical education related to medical devices, with a preference for experience in safety medical devices and technology.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to educate and influence healthcare professionals and distributor teams.
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations and quality management systems.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently, adhere to deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A collaborative approach with experience in cross-functional teamwork.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the UK and Ireland, and occasionally internationally, as the role necessitates.
