Job Description:
- Administers and oversees documentation processes, providing necessary documentation upon request.
- Ensures proper version control and revision management through established methods.
- Assigns and manages document identification numbers.
- Manages, distributes, and records feedback responses and incoming documents from various stakeholders.
- May conduct formal checks on documentation.
- May track and document the mailing and distribution of materials as required.
Impacts:
- In the Administration / (Technical) Customer Services sector, the incumbent is expected to handle various processes and routines effectively.
- The role involves applying and adapting appropriate procedures to address processes or issues that arise.
- Effective solutions are required for unexpected situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive service in a defined technical or administrative area, following established guidelines and procedures.
- Positions require a foundational level of theoretical and practical knowledge, along with relevant experience in specialized processes and systems used in an office environment.
- The role involves operating significant portions of specialized standard software packages.
- Incumbents may address routine and straightforward inquiries and procedures from both internal and external customers.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of vocational training and practical experience is required.
Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge and experience in principles, procedures, work routines, and skills in the relevant field, acquired through a structured vocational training program.
