About the Role:

Grade Level: 12

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement GIS applications and data within Commodity Insights - Data Operations.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and data analysts to drive product success.
  • Define and communicate the strategic vision and roadmap for Internal GIS products.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on product development and performance.
  • Explore industry advancements in GIS technology to integrate innovative solutions into our product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Product Owner or similar role, focusing on GIS products.
  • In-depth understanding of GIS concepts, technologies, and tools.
  • Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and practices.
  • Experience with GIS technology solutions, such as ESRI, Open Source, Google Cloud GIS Stack, Microsoft GIS Stack, and more.
