Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at GPW Recruitment. As a key member of our Engineering Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to meet production goals.
  • Design and optimize CNC programs for Mazak and Doosan 3 and 4 axis CNC Milling machines.
  • Utilize FeatureCAM software to create and modify CNC programs.
  • Analyze and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce and implement new products.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and quality control measures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in programming Mazak and Doosan 3 and 4 axis CNC Milling machines.
  • Proficiency in FeatureCAM software and ability to create and modify CNC programs.
  • Strong understanding of FANUC code and ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives and ability to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Quality Ownership, Awareness & Expectations:
  • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the Engineering Department.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and quality of manufactured products.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Department to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and quality control measures.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
