We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-end Developer to join our Platform Team at Future Publishing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering scalable, well-structured, and efficient web applications and components.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop modern web applications using the latest libraries and best practices.
- Work on green-field projects from the ground up, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software components.
- Manage the planning and refactoring of existing code, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other teams to build new services and products, leveraging your expertise in front-end development.
- Build new components for Future's proprietary PHP-based system, integrated with the TailwindCSS framework.
- Modern CSS (TailwindCSS, SASS, PostCSS) and TypeScript experience.
- Ability to build components from scratch in a modern JS framework (e.g. React/AlpineJS) and a full understanding of the component life cycle.
- Experience with automated techniques, including unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) tests, utilizing appropriate testing frameworks and tools.
- Working knowledge of Twig or similar templating libraries.
- Understanding of the importance of consistency and standards in front-end development.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools and practices.
