Position: Senior Electrical Project Supervisor

Our esteemed client is seeking to recruit a Senior Electrical Project Supervisor to enhance the execution of ongoing and forthcoming initiatives across various sectors.

This role will involve overseeing projects in a wide array of industries, including but not limited to, Commercial, Industrial, and Retail sectors, from the initial planning phase through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee electrical engineering service contracts and ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory standards.
  • Manage workforce allocation and labour resources effectively.
  • Prepare and present weekly progress reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Engage collaboratively with stakeholders and partner organizations.
  • Ensure that contract specifications and service delivery standards are consistently met or surpassed.
  • Foster strong working relationships with contractors.
  • Supervise contract activities, including issuing purchase orders, verifying change requests, and processing payments.
  • Conduct onsite quality control inspections and report on the quality of planned works.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Electrical Project Management role.
  • Proven experience in budget planning and management to ensure value for money.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and implement a diverse range of projects.
  • Proven track record of successful delivery in a dynamic construction environment.
  • Experience in leading teams to achieve project goals.
