Job Title: Retail Assistant

Role Overview:

DCK Group is seeking a Retail Assistant to join our team in Ipswich. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising our product, and maintaining a high level of housekeeping standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandise our product to visual merchandising guidelines
  • Put out deliveries of new stock
  • Maintain housekeeping standards
  • Set up promotional activities
  • Work with host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required, fashion brands are a plus
  • Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred
  • Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating system of Android 8.1 or later or Apple iOS 13.4 or later

What We Offer:

  • £11.44 per hour
  • Free jewellery – from £25-£55 per month
  • Flexible working hours – you work the hours anytime during the day which suits you
  • No weekend working

About Us:

DCK Group is one of the world's leading fashion jewellery companies, working with many well-known retailers and high street fashion brands. Our Retail Assistants provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores.

Working with Us:

You will be based in Ipswich but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. We are looking for those who are available to start as soon as possible. You will be working alongside a Team Leader, who will provide you with coaching and ongoing support.
