About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute to the embedding and support of excellent professional practice. As a Practice Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading a forward-thinking team dedicated to interpreting policy and legislation, providing critical advice and expert support to housing delivery teams, partners, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Practice Management Team to provide strategic guidance and support to housing delivery teams, partners, and customers on cross tenure and related housing issues.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service-wide performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Champion and lead the service's learning and development offer, working closely with corporate Learning and Development to provide high-quality training and development opportunities.
  • Lead on the development and delivery of innovative and transformative housing projects in partnership with other stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in housing and social care, with experience in leading teams and developing policies and procedures. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
