HR Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide comprehensive HR support to our clients. As part of our team, you will be responsible for advising managers on HR matters, attending formal HR meetings, and ensuring accuracy in HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise managers on HR matters, including absence, performance, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and terms and conditions.
  • Attend formal HR meetings as a representative and notetaker.
  • Ensure accuracy in HR processes, including absence management and leaver payments, in collaboration with the People Services team.
  • Analyse and report on HR case trends.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners on complex cases and risk management.
  • Support the development of HR policies and contribute to business projects, such as restructures and process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR advisory roles.
  • 3 years experience in employee relation cases.
  • Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills.
  • Proficiency in HR data analysis (Excel, SAP desirable).
  • Full UK driving license and access to own transport.
