About the Role

As the Senior Lottery and Gaming Manager, you will report to the Head of Lottery and Gaming and be responsible for developing and delivering sustainable income through lottery and gaming products. You will lead the operational performance and management of the Lottery Team and self-employed Lottery Advisors to deliver the lottery and gaming strategy and ensure compliance with legislation and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver sustainable income through lottery and gaming products.
  • Lead the operational performance and management of the Lottery Team and self-employed Lottery Advisors.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and best practices.
  • Maximize growth across offline and online channels.
  • Manage multiple projects from end-to-end, ensuring timescales and conflicts are addressed.
  • Use data to identify trends and inform future activity.
Requirements
  • Experience working within the society lottery sector with knowledge of Gambling Commission legislation.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Ability to identify trends in performance and analyze data.
  • Experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects.
  • Full driving license and access to own vehicle for business use.
