Strode College is renowned both locally and nationally for its exceptional teaching quality and support, leading to elevated levels of student aspiration and success. Contractual Details
Salary Range: £23,506 - £38,769 per annum pro rata, based on qualifications.
Working Hours: 828 hours annually for teaching and related professional responsibilities over 198 days, with pro rata adjustments for part-time roles. Expect to be present on-site for 34 hours weekly pro rata throughout the academic year.
Contract Type: Permanent
Pension Scheme: Teachers' Pensions Scheme
Leave Entitlement: 38 days annually plus bank holidays (pro-rated for part-time) along with additional discretionary days during the festive season.
