Contract Lift Manager

Executive Network Group is seeking a dynamic and commercial-aware Contract Lift Manager to join their team in Northamptonshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a well-rounded individual to develop their skills and progress their career in a thriving business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend site and produce site-specific method statements, lift plans, and risk assessments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure works are carried out in a timely, safe, and professional manner.
  • Raise quotations as required and submit them to the client in a timely manner.
  • Attend client meetings as required.
  • Manage crews on site.
  • Share and demonstrate lifting knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Contract Lift Manager role is desirable.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to share and demonstrate lifting knowledge.
