Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team as an Assistant Planner. As a key member of our planning department, you will be responsible for creating, amending, and updating construction programmes, engaging with stakeholders, and analyzing potential programme risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain construction programmes, including activity-based lists of sequential works with milestones, start/finish dates, durations, critical paths, resources, and labour/plant/material resources.
  2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address potential changes and obstacles to the programme.
  3. Analyze potential programme risks, develop contingency plans, and provide recommendations to mitigate disruptions to project schedules.
  4. Support estimating/commercial teams and quantity surveyors to advise on project progress and changes in commercial events/improvements.
