Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a broad spectrum of professional surveying and valuation services to facilitate infrastructure and regeneration projects.
  • Actively participate in project delivery under the guidance of the designated Line Manager.
  • Provide technical advice and support to clients, while consulting senior colleagues as necessary.
  • Assist in managing project finances, reporting to the relevant Director regarding project completion and invoicing.
  • Engage in team discussions, updating the Line Manager and Project Managers on resource needs and any operational issues.
  • Contribute to the company's business development efforts by participating in tenders and fostering relationships with clients and other professionals.
  • Enhance professional and commercial knowledge, staying informed about industry developments.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Degree-level qualification accredited by the RICS.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Self-driven and proactive, capable of managing time efficiently, whether in a team or independently, while meeting deadlines.
  • Solid commercial awareness.
  • Willingness to take on responsibilities and develop new competencies.
  • Proficient in IT applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of compulsory purchase compensation assessment.
  • Interest in property valuation.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK.
